Travel Card Program
The State of Alabama has partnered with Concur Solutions and Corporate Travel Management to provide a fully automated web-based travel program that allows the traveler to preapprove, book and expense travel all in the same application.

The state of Alabama is contracted with US Bank for both PCard and Travel cards. Agencies will use US Bank’s AccessOnline system to establish and manage cardholder accounts and Concur to reconcile billing statements for both card programs.
Become a Travel Card Agency
To become a Travel Card issuing agency the following steps must be completed:
- Submit application letter for approval to Card Services in Comptroller's Office (sample letter)
- Complete training sessions for AccessOnline and Concur
Become a Cardholder
